The Center for Information Management, Inc.,

an Ann Arbor, MI-based provider of information systems and services for organizations caring for older adults, has worked with the State of New York Department of Health (NY-DoH) to design and develop a uniform assessment system (UAS-NY) for nine different Medicaid long term home care programs. The UAS-NY statewide application, is an important component of New York’s Medicaid Redesign initiative. The System has been greeted with great success and is continuing to be expanded to more programs.
